WHAT A DAY

Well yesterday was just a normal day. I was running errands and catching the 75% off Christmas deals for next year. My mom had a hair appt at a plaza close to downtown so off we went. Well I stayed in the car with Aaron because he was asleep. Of course Ava kept me awake by giving me a running commentary of everything and nothing,lol.

I saw a family friend(Bre's) hubby and got out to give him a hug and see how she was doing(she is 4 months preggers) and Ava apparently got out with me and LOCKED the doors! I heard the click BUT assumed something else so kept talking. He and I were parting and thats when I went for the door. OH MY.

He actually freaked out worse than me at that moment. I tried to remain calm and called Dh at work. He at first was going to call the program we had through our cell phone. BUT realized they would be a minute SO he had me call 911. They were there in 10 minutes flat. I expected just a police car BUT nope 2 firetrucks and a police car came.

I was like WOW....... So they got it opened(after I signed a waiver) not to sue if they broke my window......Keep in mind Aaron was knocked out sleep the entire time and could careless.

Ava of course CRIED and felt so bad about it all. She takes things to heart. Dh and I both had to really love on her to let her know it was okay. It took awhile.

I am just glad that it was not really hot or cold outside or I would of busted a window and got my son out of there. I appreciate the police/fireman being so quick and SO nice. They told me my kids were beautiful, LOL. Sorry gotta love when someone compliments your babies..

Special thanks to Sumner(Bre's hubby) for staying with me the whole time. Although once Dh arrived they talked about pregnant women,lol.

PS: the look on my moms face when she came out of the barber shop(she got her hairlined and trimmed) was PRICELESS........She had NO idea what had all went down till she saw all the fireman and policeman, LOL
